The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to vibrant cafes and shops. The modern decor is inviting, and the rooftop pool is a lovely spot for relaxation. The kitchen cabinets were a bit difficult to open, and the couch could use an upgrade. A wonderful experience.

This hotel is truly exceptional and reasonably clean with excellent location close to the old harbour and flexible staff. The service is friendly, includes easy parking. Besides, parking is on site.

Couple getaway, recommended for relaxation
We were greeted by the very polite staff who made it seamless and quick, great after a long journey. We enjoyed our spacious suite. It reminded me of an apartment rather than just a hotel room, and we ordered breakfast in bed to recharge our batteries after a long day exploring.
It wasn't cheap but given the experience, still acceptable.

Noise disturbances from the street are quite bothersome, especially early mornings!!! Inadequate soundproofing makes it hard to enjoy privacy or peace during your stay!!! These issues spoil an otherwise decent experience!!!

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge service was super helpful in planning our visits. We enjoyed the zoo, where we saw crocodiles and tigers, and then strolled through the historical center's old streets. Free WiFi throughout the hotel was a plus!
There were some noise issues in the mornings, hard to sleep in. Noise from the cleaning staff outside our room was quite loud.
